Norwalk Animal Hospital, located in beautiful Fairfield County, Connecticut, is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our progressive practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in medicine, be client-oriented with strong client communication skills, and be a dedicated, enthusiastic team player. Norwalk Animal Hospital is a privately owned, AAHA accredited small animal practice serving the community since 1980. We are located 40 miles from New York City, easily accessible by car or train in an hour.

As an associate veterinarian at Norwalk Animal Hospital, you will appreciate our well-equipped facility. Our high-end equipment includes our VetScalpel Surgical Laser, Innovet Digital Radiography, Zoetis In-House Laboratory, Chison Ultrasound, fully equipped dental suite, including dedicated digital radiography, Companion Therapy Laser, state of the art anesthesia monitoring equipment, cryo- and electrocautery Surgery, and canine rehabilitation. Our Doctor to Staff is approximately 5:1 and our technical staff is experienced and highly supportive.

Our close proximity to several 24-hour referral and emergency centers allows us to offer our staff the benefit of no on-call or after-hours duties. Cornell University Veterinary Specialists, amongst others, is less than 20 minutes from us. Our schedules are flexible and feature an excellent balanced quality of life.
