I was born and raised in Southern Maine and have been an avid animal lover all my life. I went on to attend the University of Vermont, where I earned a BS in Animal Science in 2014. Following my undergraduate studies, I spent a year working as a veterinary technician at a small animal practice outside of Philadelphia.
I attended the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating with my VMD in 2019. During my time in vet school, I was lucky enough to participate in several veterinary service trips, providing aid to animals in Haiti, Nicaragua, and on the Hopi and Zuni reservations of Arizona and New Mexico. Following graduation, I worked for 5 years in equine medicine before coming to join the wonderful staff at Norwalk Animal Hospital. I am currently working to complete my acupuncture certification through the Chi Institute, and am excited to be able to integrate this service into practice! In my spare time, I enjoy riding and competing, gardening, traveling, and my dog, Bentley.
